Two versions available for Column Palletizer as per required tasks and number of operating stations:
TWIN-BOOM Palletizing column and layer separator column both fitted on the same base bearing (Compact Solution – low/medium speeds)
TWO-BOOM Palletizing column and layer separator column fitted on two independent base bearings (Flexible Solution -high speeds)
2-AXIS palletizing system featuring a sturdy fix column and a solid horizontal beam:
- Robust, compact and completely accessible
- Easily matching situations where the space saving is a must thanks to different possible combiations
- RBR (row-by-row) T-PAL version, innovative solution designed mostly for shaped and unstable articles, featuring:
> zeroing of job change time by automatic change over set-up
> no stacker
> no intermediate layer formation table
> direct transfer from bottle conveyors onto pallet through pick-&-place operation the most reliable handling and palletizing for unstable articles
ROBOT-PAL completes Zecchetti Palletizers’ range with palletizing operation:

- possibility to carry-out all operations (layer; interlayer separator; empty pallet) by one robot only as long as the demanded speed allows it
